Who We Are

Ray Lodge TMO is a resident-led social housing organisation working in partnership with Redbridge Council.


The TMO have managed and maintained Ray Lodge Estate, which consists of 183 flats and maisonettes, since 1st October 1999 and provides an efficient repairs service along with caretaking and grounds maintenance.

Alongside managing the estate, the TMO also encourages resident involvement and developing community spirit. Every year, the TMO hosts a number of community events for residents to get involved in and enjoy.
