WHO TO CALL FOR REPAIRS

During the day, contact the TMO office to report day to day and communal repairs and lift and intercom issues.

OUT OF HOUR EMERGENCIES

Call Mears on 0800 393994 after 5pm Monday to Friday or anytime on weekends. 

Emergencies are classified as an issue that poses a risk to your life or the structure of your home such as gas leaks, electrical faults and serious water leaks and flooding.

HOW TO BOOK BULK RUBBISH COLLECTIONS

To book a bulk rubbish collection, please call 0208 554 5000 or visit www.redbridge.gov.uk

One a collection has been booked, please inform the TMO office of your collection date and which items are being collected.

Items MUST NOT be placed in the internal bin rooms.

Please place items in the correct external area the NIGHT BEFORE the arranged collection. If you need to place the items outside before this, please speak to a member of staff in the TMO office.

HOW TO APPLY FOR PARKING PERMITS/VISITOR PERMITS

Visit www.redbridge.gov.uk and click on the button for "PARKING".

HOW TO BUY FOBS

Fobs for entry to the buildings are available to buy from the TMO office during opening hours.


Fobs cost £15 each and are not refundable/exchangeable, however the TMO office will swap faulty fobs free of charge.

Residents may be asked for proof of address when purchasing a fob to ensure that they reside in the building they are requesting a fob for.

Ray Court residents will need to contact Orchard Housing Office to order spare entrance keys to the buildings.
