Become a Member
All lawful residents of Ray Lodge Estate who are aged 18 years or over are entitled to become a member of Ray Lodge TMO by purchasing a share.
The object of the organisation is to carry on the business of providing, maintaining and managing housing and associated amenities and activities within the area.
Each share costs TEN PENCE and entitles members to a lifelong membership (provided they remain a lawful resident of the estate). Application forms and more information can be requested in the TMO office.
All members have the right to attend and vote at general meetings and stand for election on to the Management Committee.
An annual general meeting (AGM) must be held every year to elect the Management Committee, appoint an auditor and receive the accounts and balance sheet for the year.
