About Us

Ray Lodge Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) is a resident-led social housing organisation working in partnership with the London Borough of Redbridge Council. Its Management Committee consists of 12 members, who hold evening meetings with staff at least once a quarter.

The TMO manages and maintains Ray Lodge Estate on behalf of Redbridge Council, which consists of 187 flats and maisonettes. The TMO office is situated in Ettridge Hall, the community hall at the centre of the estate, and is usually run by two office staff along with a cleaner/caretaker.

Alongside managing the estate, the TMO also organise community events such as the Easter event, annual Family Fun Day and coach trip.
